OI Sexual Health Alliance, formerly the Island Reproductive Health Initiative (IRHI), is dedicated to expanding access to reproductive and sexual healthcare and education on Orcas Island. We provide safer sex supplies, support clinical services, and fund educational programs. Our services are open to everyone in our community- regardless of age, gender, identity, or documentation status.

Free emergency contraception (Plan B) is available at several locations around the island: Con's Pit Stop, Ray's Pharmacy, Orcas Food Co-op, Peach Pit & Orcas Community Resource Center. Just say you're "with OISHA" at checkout/front desk.
