OI Sexual Health Alliance, formerly the Island Reproductive Health Initiative (IRHI), is dedicated to expanding access to reproductive and sexual healthcare and education on Orcas Island. We provide safer sex supplies, fund clinical services, and support educational programs. Our services are open to everyone in our community- regardless of age, gender, identity, or documentation status.
